Gotta Catch ‘Em All

It’s been a very long time now that I’ve owned all the female League champs and since then I’ve been continuing to fill out my roster. For months now, I’m accruing IP and working out who I’ll purchase next. I purchased Renekton about a week ago in this way and I have really enjoyed playing him solo top. He is in fact my current favorite solo top champ. It rocks that I can still fall in love with a new champion!

Ideally I’d like to own *all* the League champions and I’m currently 35 short. Below are the champions I still have left to purchase.

Thought I Caught ‘Em All

I have been on a long quest to obtain all the female League champions and today I purchased what I thought was my last – Elise! Super stoked to play her (and gonna here in just a sec) but then my dear oldest son reminded me that Anivia is female. Aaargh, I don’t have the brain-like-sponge super memory that he does. But once he reminded me I recalled the lore and yes, of course, he is right.

So before I go on thinking that I now have only one more female champion to purchase, is there another that I am forgetting?!?

Logged in just a few moments ago and Patch 3.04 downloaded. I always head straight to the store after a patch to see what champions and skins are on sale. To my surprise, Sejuani was on sale so I bought her. I am lacking only Elise in my quest to have all the female LoL champions!

Two More To Go…

After loading some RP to buy the Phoenix Quinn Bundle, I used my 8000+ accumulated IP points to buy Vi. Now I am down to needing only Elise and Sejuani and I will have every female League champion.

Drooling Over Quinn

After ultimate practice pickup, the oldest goes, “Hey Mom, there’s a new champion coming out!” Of course we both take a look right away. Can’t WAIT for Quinn and Valor to come out. Lulu has Pix and Annie has Tibbbers (and I guess Nunu has Willump) but here’s another wicked cool champion combo – Quinn and her rare Demacian eagle. Lots of interesting possibilities

  • Enough move complexity to keep you engaged – each move has two attacks based on whether Quinn or Valor is active, similar to Nidalee and her cougar and Elise and her spider form
  • Ranged crossbow as primary with Valor providing melee bursts via Tag Team (R)
  • One move that can blind nearby enemies (Q) and one move to reveal the bush (W)
  • Two moves that allow Quinn to pull quickly out of combat (E and R)

She sounds so fun, looks wicked, and come on…she has an eagle.

Also gives LoL their first Q champion!!

Who Would You Pick?

So I am down to needing only 3 more female champs, specifically Elise, Sejuani and Vi. I am one match away from enough IP to purchase one of them but not sure who. Feel pretty confident it will be either Elise or Vi. Who would you pick?

Had loaded my account with RP for the Lunar Revel skin sale and immediately went to the store just now post a patch and Zyra was on sale! Only 3 gal champs left now and I am definitely jumping into a Classic Bots match to try her out. Woohoo!
